Or is it only in your head? gCaptain has just posted a new post on seasickness and 50 ways of preventing/curing it. But mainly they say it is all in your head. If so, get cured and go sailing.

The only time I ever got queasy was when I was in a 12-ft dinghy, after a rain storm, with the sail down, going diagonally though the waves with an outboard engine on the back. Maybe the centerboard was up. Happily, it was a short trip.
